Lomography
A lo-fi snapshot style named for the Lomo LC-A, a Soviet compact camera. Vienna students rediscovered it in 1991, and the movement celebrated saturated color, heavy vignetting and spontaneous shooting.
Spot it
- 01Dark vignetted corners
- 02Oversaturated punchy color
- 03Soft, imperfect focus
Why it happens
A simple cheap lens, uneven light falloff and aggressive film processing add vignetting, color shifts and blur that precision optics avoid.

Image edit prompt“Give this image a Lomography look: strongly darkened vignetted corners, oversaturated punchy colors with a teal-magenta cast, high contrast, soft imperfect focus toward the edges, visible film grain and a spontaneous compact-camera snapshot feel. Keep the original subject and composition.”
