Unpack the ZIP
Download it above and extract it somewhere permanent — the loader points at this folder every time Premiere starts.

Turn on Developer Mode
Premiere Pro → Preferences → Plugins → enable Developer Mode, then restart Premiere.

Load it with the UXP Developer Tool
In the UXP Developer Tool choose Add Plugin, select manifest.json from the extracted folder, then choose Load.

Open Pixio
Find Pixio under Premiere’s Plugins menu and sign in with your Pixio account.
