Refund Policy

Important Notice: Pixio credits are virtual goods that activate immediately upon purchase and remain valid permanently. Due to the special nature of virtual goods, refunds are generally not supported under normal circumstances.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund-Eligible Situations

  1. 1. System Errors Causing Duplicate Charges

    Payment system failures causing duplicate charges for the same order. Transaction record screenshots are required as evidence. Duplicate charges will be refunded after system verification.

  2. 2. Extended Service Interruption

    Technical failures causing continuous service interruption exceeding 72 hours with no AI functions available during that period. A proportional refund will be issued based on interruption duration.

  3. 3. Platform-Related Service Unavailability

    Permanent service discontinuation due to platform technical upgrades or policy changes; user accounts mistakenly suspended due to platform system errors; or other non-user-related causes of service unavailability.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. 1. Normal Use Situations

    Refund requests after normal service use; dissatisfaction with AI generation results (AI results have inherent randomness); discovering unnecessary or low usage frequency after purchase.

  2. 2. Violation of Terms

    Service suspension due to user agreement violations; using services to generate illegal or inappropriate content; malicious attacks or service abuse.

  3. 3. Other Situations

    Inability to use the service normally due to user device issues; poor user experience due to network environment problems; orders purchased more than 30 days ago (except special circumstances).

About Virtual Goods

Credits are considered delivered once purchased and added to your account. Due to the special nature of virtual goods (they cannot be "returned"), we only provide refund services under the specific circumstances listed above.

Refund Method

All refunds are returned through the original payment method. We do not support changing refund methods. Refund amounts reflect actual payment amounts and do not include fee compensation.
