Technical failures causing continuous service interruption exceeding 72 hours with no AI functions available during that period. A proportional refund will be issued based on interruption duration.
Permanent service discontinuation due to platform technical upgrades or policy changes; user accounts mistakenly suspended due to platform system errors; or other non-user-related causes of service unavailability.
Refund requests after normal service use; dissatisfaction with AI generation results (AI results have inherent randomness); discovering unnecessary or low usage frequency after purchase.
Service suspension due to user agreement violations; using services to generate illegal or inappropriate content; malicious attacks or service abuse.
Inability to use the service normally due to user device issues; poor user experience due to network environment problems; orders purchased more than 30 days ago (except special circumstances).
