Color Channel Noise
Independent random noise is added to each color channel, producing speckled, rainbow grain rather than neutral grey. It resembles high-ISO digital sensor noise and low-light camera footage.

Spot it
- 01Red green blue speckle
- 02Colorful chroma grain
- 03Noisy dark shadows
Why it happens
A separate random value is added to the red, green and blue values of every pixel, so the noise carries color instead of only changing brightness.

Image edit prompt“Add heavy color channel noise to this image: independent red, green and blue speckles across every pixel, strongest in shadows, like very high-ISO digital camera noise, colorful chroma grain, slightly reduced fine detail, underlying picture still clearly visible. Keep the original subject and composition.”
