Distortion Photography
A photographic style that uses curved mirrors to warp bodies into stretched, bulging forms. André Kertész’s Distortions series from 1933 turned fairground-mirror reflections into a Surrealist, modernist art.

Why it happens
A convex or concave mirror varies magnification across its surface, bending reflected lines and proportions so the camera records a continuous, smoothly warped version of the subject.

Keep the original subject and composition.”
